[Effective Jan 1, 2022] SSL V Third Tranche

The third salary increase for civilian government personnel is based on the third tranche of the Fifth Salary Standardization Law. Effective January 1, 2022.

The Salary Grade 2022 table is based on Republic Act No. 11466 which is also known as the Salary Standardization Law of 2019 (SSL V)[1].

Signed by President Duterte into law on January 8, 2020, the law seeks to give civilian government employees, including nurses and teachers in the public sector, their fifth round of salary increases.

The Salary Grade 2022 table is the third tranche of the Salary Standardization Law of 2019 (SSL V). It took effect last January 1, 2022, increasing the salaries of over 1.4 million government employees[2].
