With their company tagline as “walang kuskos-balungos“, sending money via Palawan may only take 10 minutes.
- Go to any Palawan Pawnshop branch or Palawan Express Pera Padala outlet.
- Fill out the Send Money Form with the sender’s complete name and mobile number, and the receiver’s complete name, and mobile number. Sends are also required to include the purpose of the transaction and the relationship to the receiver.
- Place the accomplished Send Money Form and valid ID on the tray provided at the branch counter before handing it to the branch associate.
- Wait for your name to be called before paying the principal remittance and the corresponding amount of the fee.
- Sign and receive your copy of the computer-generated Send Money Form.
- You will receive a text message notifying you that the remittance is ready to be claimed.
How to claim your money via Palawan Pawnshop
NOTE: You can’t claim the money sent to you if you don’t have the correct Palawan Express Pera Padala (PEPP) transaction code.
- Go to any Palawan Pawnshop branch or Palawan Express Pera Padala outlet.
- Fill out the Receive Money Form that will require you to provide the complete Sender’s Name, complete Receiver’s Name, PEPP Transaction Code, Amount of remittance, Purpose of Transaction, and Relationship to Sender.
- Place the accomplished Receive Money Form and valid ID on the tray provided at the branch counter before handing it to the branch associate.
- Sign and receive your copy of the computer-generated Receive Money Form.
- Check and count your money before leaving the branch.

How many days does money stay in Palawan Express?
The money sent in Palawan will stay for up to 1 year. But after 30 days, there will be a handling charge of 1% of the principal sum or amount. This fee is to be billed every month for up to one year.
