The Salary Grade 2021 table is based on House Bill 5712 and Senate Bill 1219 which is also known as the Salary Standardization Law (SSL) of 2019.
Signed by President Duterte into law on January 8, 2020, the law seeks to give civilian government employees, including nurses and teachers in the public sector, their fifth round of salary increases.
SSL V Second Tranche table
The second tranche table is based on the Fifth Salary Standardization Law and was effective starting January 1, 2021, increasing the salaries of over 1.4 million government employees[1].
