The Salary Grade 2020 table is based on House Bill 5712 and Senate Bill 1219 which is also known as the Salary Standardization Law (SSL) of 2019.
Signed by President Duterte into law on January 8, 2020, the law seeks to give civilian government employees, including nurses and teachers in the public sector, their fifth round of salary increases.
SSL V First Tranche table
The first tranche table of the Salary Standardization Law of 2019 was effective January 1, 2020, increasing the salaries of over 1.4 million government employees[1].
